Provides through openings in Double Tee Stems.

Suggested Instructions for Use:

Verify correct product size for tee stem.  (The Double Tee Stem Blockout is available in three sizes and can be custom produced, based on your sizing specifications, if needed.)
Drop into tee stem and wire-tie to reinforcing steel.
